Step 1 - Register your School with REA

Step 2 - Register a user through Dassault Systemes
Follow the link to register for a user account for access to the 3DExperience Platform https://edu.3ds.com/en/challenges/3DEXPf...
Once you fill out the form it will take up to 24 hours for Dassault Systemes to create your account, you will receive an email once your account has been created.
Step 3 - Sign into your account for the first time
Once you receive an email back confirming your account has been created follow the link in the email to sign into the 3DExperience platform.
You will be asked to create a username and password as shown below.

Step 5 - Request Roles
Once you are into 3DExperience you need to request access to roles. To access the roles to request select the 3D button on the West Quadrant of the compass at the top left of the screen.
Request all the roles that are available to you.
The area highlighted in red shows the roles. To request them select them and a window will appear where you select request. Once it has been requested you need to wait for Dassault Systemes to accept the roles. This can take up to 24 hours.
Step 6 - Learn the Experience
While you are waiting for your roles to be accepted we suggest that you start going through some of the learning material inside the 3DExperience Platform.
On the "My First Dashboard" click on the "Learn the Experience" Tab and you will see the screen shown below. There is a lot of learning material here to get you up and running on the 3DExperience platform.
Step 7 - 3DS Academy
The 3DS Academy has thousands of hours of material to go in depth in all areas of the platform. Click this link to take you to the 3DS Academy https://peerlearningexperience.3ds.com/m...
This is a great spot for students to develop and extend their skills at their own pace. A good first course would be the "Gateway to 3D Experience"
Step 8 - How to Install the Native Client (CATIA)
Once you receive an email back saying that your roles have been accepted it's now time to install the native client on your Windows machine. This is where the apps are loaded like Part Design, Assembly Design etc. The video below runs you through the steps to get everything installed.
Step 9 - Complete
Congratulations you know have everything you need to start using the 3DExperience Platform. Remember to use the 3DS Academy as well as the other included tutorials to get you up and running with the platform.
