PROFESSIONAL 3D PRINTING WITHIN STUDENT REACH.
Train Students on Professional Grade Equipment
- A professional-grade, tinker free, industrial 3D printer that provides professionals with instant feedback to go from concept to product.
- Uncompromised performance right out of the box for prototyping, concept models, end-use parts and multi-industry capabilities.
- Consistent dimensional accuracy combines with complex geometric printing capabilities that push past traditional manufacturing practices.
Delivering high-quality outcomes for students requires access to high-quality tools. The Method series will reduce the number of failed prints, printer downtime and time spent on trouble shooting, allowing teachers to spend their time effectively on teaching their students, not trouble shooting a 3D printer. The Method series will empower your students to create creatively and without limitations.
FORWARD-LOOKING CAREER READINESS.
Paving Career Pathways with Real World Exposure
- Increase student career readiness with a 3D printer used increasingly in evolving professional settings today across multiple industries.
- Develop career skills with printer features that provide exposure to industry practices and redefine the way traditional prototyping is done.
- Advance your students’ understanding of 3D printing and test the ways they can use METHOD in learning, research and manufacturing settings.
OPEN MATERIALS PLATFORM
More Materials. More Possibilities.
-Access unlimited materials with an Open Materials Platform enabled by MakerBot LABS
-Expand research development in any field with a diverse offering of advanced polymers and composites from the world’s leading materials manufacturers
-METHOD's Heated Chamber produces stronger parts than a heated build plate and expands your material capabilities
METHOD AND METHOD X
Both machines offer high quality, consistent 3D printing. The Method series includes a range of extruder options and a variety of compatible materials. The Method X allows for a greater material range than the standard Method and includes the ability to print ABS and SR-30 support material.
Extruders available with the standard method are also available with the Method X, however, Method X extruders require a higher temperature and are not compatible with the standard Method. The composite extruder (Nylon Carbon Fibre compatible) is available with both machines.
