Underwater Issues

There are a small number of potential sources of error that may be causing your ROV to experience issues when submerged. These are listed below in the recommended order of operations to restoring function to your system.

The stock ROV Kit only has four main ports that allow the flow of air / water throughout the frame.

Additional holes / ports can be drilled or incorporated into the frame to increase the ease of flow. This will reduce the amount of time required to submerge and drain the ROV of water.

If you are experiencing power related issues only when submerged, double check all connections are both correctly soldered, and isolated from other connections by a layer of heat-shrink or similar.
